General Outline
Peiyang Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd.( referred to as PCC) , located in T Tianjin Jinghai Economic Development Area, is a leading chemical engineering enterprise. Now, PCC has a large manufacturing capacity and scale. It covers an area of 55,000 square meters, among 32,700 square meters for construction area of factory, etc.. As the Science and Technology Commission of Tianjin Hi-tech enterprises, PCC formed a series of its own intellectual property, which are widely used in the fields of petrochemical, chemical, air separation, new materials, new energy, environmental protection, medicine, food and so on. PCC has been granted 16 patents, and was awarded the National New Product Certificate, National Science and Technology Progress Award, Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award so far. What's more, PCC has passed ISO9001: 2008 certificates.

Products & Capacity
PCC produces various types and specifications of structure packing, random packing, column internals, columns and trays. Our main products are structure packing, distributors and columns. PCC's packing monthly production capacity is 3,000 cubic meters. Columns distributors and trays monthly production capacity is 200 tons.

Research
PCC pays much attention to R&D and experimental systems. It has the world's leading distillation laboratory which has both dia 400mm hot-flow model test and dia 600mm cold-flow model test apparatus. It also has a hydrodynamic liquid distributor bench with 12M diameter. And the experiment is controlled by computer.

Development
Over the years, PCC gets the recognition and trust of our customers, as various types of special packing and column internals produced by us have good performance with high efficiency, capacity, pressure drop and operating flexibility. PCC's turnover rate has remained above 30% growth per year and turnover nearly reaches 300 million RMB in 2010.

Achievement
Due to constant effort, our products are all over world now. As the long-term supplier and technical partner of PetroChina, Sinopec, MCC, Zhongkong, Hangyang, Kaifeng, PCC has completed many outstanding projects:

1. Largest air separation distillation column internals and packing manufacturers, completed more than 1,000 sets of equipment, and the maximum reached 60000 m3 / h.

2. Largest single set of silicon purification plant (3000 tons / year) designer and column equipment manufacturer.

3. Largest methanol distillation system (60 tons/year) manufacturers.

4. Largest acid production plant (100,000 tons / year) distillation system designer and manufacturer.

5. First set of PO / SM plant in ethylene project in China (the largest diameters is 10m) as the equipment manufacturer.
